The worst Dental Clinic in Staten Island. The staffs in the Desk are so rude they don’t have any courtesy to their patient. I have a bad nightmares to this clinic.
Con artists!!! Never go here unless you want to pay up front for unnecessary procedures. Pretty sure the hygienist was on drugs as well.
Omg. Absolutely horrible. Staff is rude nasty greedy and very unprofessional And lazy They wanted to bill me first before my insurance company witch is unheard of and ridiculous for a procedure I had to have done twice by a different dentist Dr Herman was so so not a dentist I would recommend Please everyone do your research before. I was fortunate to have found an amazing dentist who went above and beyond to make sure the work I need was paid for by my insurance
DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! Please also read reviews on Yelp and RateABiz before you choose them, although I liked Dr. Herman, the staff is rude and incompetent!
