I wish I could give zero stars to this business, I made and paid off my order at the very beginning of December, and it took me almost three months to get my glasses. I had to file two disputes with my bank and be back and forth with them until they got the glasses that were ordered with the wrong prescription. A week later I got my glasses and I see less with them than the new glasses. The owner was there and helped me, I explained what had happened to him and he was clueless and started “taking notes”. As far as getting my eye exam and time frame, great service. However, when I called to get a copy of my prescription, I politely asked if it could be emailed. I was met with a rude and dismissive response. First, I was told I can’t have my script emailed, I had to come in to get a copy. Made an appointment, had by eyes checked, and got a new pair of glasses all in three day. Receptionist is super chill and attentive. It's busy for a good reason.
