I'll start by saying this. The woman in the front and the doctors are great, especially the woman doing the eye drops. However, the two men behind the counter are downright disrespectful and incapable. They're so busy talking to each other about sports and what they want for lunch that they can't help their customers. I went up to the counter to ask to see a few framed and they both acted like I wasn't there. Been coming here for 8 years. It's always easy to schedule appointments. Receptionists are friendly. Doctors are efficient but always take time to answer my questions. Best of all, the guys behind the counter are pros at helping me get the most benefit out of my insurance. I've had to change insurance multiple times but they always find ways to save me money.

This location is always solid. The service is always top notch. I get my annual here. This year I went to the other location in Harlem- which was a mistake. This location is thorough and really accommodating. They also are real great about emailing you a copy of your script. They was no rude or snarky response about me asking. Glasses are expensive and I appreciate that this spot understands that and provides solid customer service- regardless of if you buy frames/ lenses with them.

I was very impressed by the service I got. The receptionist was very friendly. I got a free eye exam and my eyeglasses are already to be picked up in one week. Very good and fast service. The prices are reasonable.
