I moved to Niagara two years ago and have been with Eyewear Studio since. Their staff and service have always been amazing! Everyone there really cares about what they do and are very thorough with the entire process from the start, to the end of your optical concerns. They make sure you leave your visits feeling satisfied with their services and confident in your vision again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area :)
Great experience! Had my eye examined and also got my glasses there. The customer service provided by Paul and Miriam was friendly and helpful, without being overbearing and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a discount without even asking. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my visit even better. I'll definitely be back!
Eyewear Studio was an excellent choice for both my eye exam and glasses. This was my first time using the company, and they exceeded my expectations. I contacted them after having difficulty getting to an appointment with another provider in Hamilton. Had a really good experience getting my eyewear here. The doctor was incredibly kind patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The staff helped me pick out the cutest, most adorable eyewear that I absolutely love! The staff were just as wonderful - very friendly, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Paul and the ladies at Eyewear studio are absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful and so easy to talk to. I am very picky with glasses and they patiently help me through my difficult decision every time. I will never go anywhere else to purchase my glasses; the prices are reasonable and my glasses came in faster than I expected! The selection is great and the people are better. If you need new glasses, this is the place !
