I had such high hopes for my first exam in over 20 years, especially after reading the great reviews online. Unfortunately, a glitch occurred with my insurance carrier where Eyes On You Family Eyecare was not registered as an approved provider, although both parties (the insurance carrier and EOY Family Eyecare) listed each other on their websites. I have read your review. As you had stated in your post,that it is out of the providers control that your insurance website went down. You also mentioned that you received a phone call from us however you forgot to return the phone call. That phone call that your failed to return would have prevented any inconvenience that you experience that day you came in for the eye examination. If Eyes on You was not a caring and compassionate office there would have been no attempt to call you.
