Great customer service from all the staff. I work with Angie personally, and she handled all my needs promptly and accurately. Purchased several custom lenses and they came out better than expected. They also offer numerous affordable payment options

Total scam artist!!I was told my insurance covered only a 30 discount.when I called my insurance they told me it cover everything. so I called back and they told me that it did but that they added something else to it to make it 150 which is ridiculous because they never told me anything about it!the Spanish older lady is rude and arrogant was talking bad about me to customers and employees for absolutely no reason at all.If you hate working just say that dont take it out on your customers.I hope she finds God because that ... read more

I just left here and canceled my appointment because the elderly Spanish lady that is at the front is arrogantly rude, loud, and obnoxious. I was here years ago and the experience was great. So I tried it again today. First, they had no restroom and were directing me to use a public bathroom blocks away!! When I walked it was exactly 3:15, so I knew it would be a wait but 45 minutes later I was still waiting. I gave my and my son's health card.
