Dr. Robert was absolutely exceptional—extremely kind and friendly! However, I must express my deep disappointment with the receptionist's behavior. She treat me so badly that I thought in give up of the appointment.
All these reviews are so funny & I won't discount anyone's experience as I'm sure the front desk lady may have been rude to them. That said, every time I go in I have a big smile on my face, greet her kindly, say please & thank you. Making it impossible to get a negative response. Also - best prescription I've had by far. Vision is clear as day... I'm so happy!!
Dr. Messinger is a very funny and thorough doctor and each exam I've had has helped my eyesight greatly. A great experience overall.
I have been a patient of Dr. Messinger for over 30 years. He is thorough and takes the time to get to know you as a person; you’re not just a pair of eyes. He never rushes you through an appointment. He keeps you informed of everything you need to know and is always forthcoming with answers to questions and concerns. If an issue arises with your eyes, he will see you the same day. The front desk was pretty rude when explaining my options for frames and was getting visibly frustrated with me when I asked her to explain more clearly. She did not apply any of the discounts from my vision plan. The selection of frames avaliable was sparse. And just this morning, my new frames that I've had for a week or two snapped with no warning when I was sitting at my desk.
