This was the easiest glasses-buying experience I’ve ever had. My frames broke beyond repair but my prescription hadn’t changed. The very helpful staff picked out some frames where I could swap in my expensive lenses. I am so grateful that I wasn’t sold something that I didn’t need, and only got exactly what I was looking for. I walked out of the store with glasses ready to wear in less than 10 minutes and spent a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost me. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best place! My first time coming in and only did because I needed a quick repair on broken glasses. Richard took care of it right away, even going above and beyond by adjusting and replacing another part that I didn't know needed repair. I will only come to Eye Encounters from now on. Suggest you do as well!
I have been going to this eye doctor since 2019 and can’t think of 1 complaint for any reason. The staff are always friendly and helpful from the doctors to those who service the patients at the front desk. I also feel like frames are reasonably priced even w/the use of vision insurance. No complaints about the selection of frames from prescription to sunglasses.
