I think I've been coming here for about 5 years of annual eye exams and glasses. The staff is both lovely in personality and skilled at what they do. My exams are thorough, but quick & efficient, the fittings skillfully done, they offer a lovely selection of both trendy and more traditional eyeware at multiple price points and when I have a problem like needing an adjustment, breaking my frames or a minor repair, they're always there for me with care and fast service. Absolutely the best place! My first time coming in and only did because I needed a quick repair on broken glasses. Richard took care of it right away, even going above and beyond by adjusting and replacing another part that I didn't know needed repair. I will only come to Eye Encounters from now on. Suggest you do as well!
This was the easiest glasses-buying experience I’ve ever had. My frames broke beyond repair but my prescription hadn’t changed. The very helpful staff picked out some frames where I could swap in my expensive lenses. I am so grateful that I wasn’t sold something that I didn’t need, and only got exactly what I was looking for. I walked out of the store with glasses ready to wear in less than 10 minutes and spent a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost me. Highly recommend!
