I have been going to this eye doctor since 2019 and can’t think of 1 complaint for any reason. The staff are always friendly and helpful from the doctors to those who service the patients at the front desk. I also feel like frames are reasonably priced even w/the use of vision insurance. No complaints about the selection of frames from prescription to sunglasses.
Absolutely the best place! My first time coming in and only did because I needed a quick repair on broken glasses. Richard took care of it right away, even going above and beyond by adjusting and replacing another part that I didn't know needed repair. I will only come to Eye Encounters from now on. Suggest you do as well!
I loved my experience here with Dr. Cook. She was very thorough and excellent! She was better than the doctors at Wills Eye Hospital. This will be my new primary eye care center to get my eyes evaluated. Thank you so much! Much love. Richie is the best too!
Dr. Cook, Richie and the Eye Encounters team took great care of me in selecting the best lenses for my needs. I'm a runner and was interested in Transitions lenses, allowing me to use the same frames for day and night jogging. The Eye Encounters team recommended the best lens/coating combination for my needs and provided a very fast turnaround. I couldn't be happier!
