I have been a customer since 2007. 17 years later, the same staff is there which speaks to the good work environment. Staff is pleasant and knowledable. I get fitted and purchased my glasses as well as contact lenses here. Both Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Contento are excellent with their patients. Great bedside manners and very cheerful personas.
There ain’t enough great things you can say about Dr Contento. He’s extremely knowledgeable about all things ocular, takes the time to ensure all questions and concerns are answered and even interjects a little humor into the process to make you all the more comfortable during your visit. He makes me wish I had more than two eyes so I could come back in more often. His staff is wonderful as well, the whole place is aces.
I had a wonderful visit today with Dr. Kaplan and the staff. Everyone was so warm and kind, and I felt incredibly at ease discussing my eye health and some of the things I was looking for in a new pair of glasses.
Dr Contento has been treating our whole family for 15 years. He’s an expert, and makes you feel very cared about. My son is legally blind and he has helped him so much over the years. The staff is very good there also, and customer service is great!
Dr Contento is amazing. He always takes the time to explain and educate his patients.
