I enjoyed my entire experience from start to finish. The doctor was competent and friendly. Jeremy and Marina were also patient, kind and knowledgeable when helping me choose frames. Ordering and picking up my contacts and glasses was seamless. I have seen a number of eye doctors in New York and they are the best by far. Wholeheartedly, recommend.
Could not have asked for a better experience. I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Zikos took time to explain everything in detail and really listened to my concerns. I have never been more grateful to any single doctor in my life than I am to Dr. Zikos tonight. I got something in my eye and it became extremely irritated. I spent hours trying to flush it out on my own, I reached out to walk in clinics, eye hospitals, and my some grace I reached out to this office. I've been going to Dr. Patel for years. He's a wonderful doc and always listens to your concerns and what you're needing from your visit. Jeremy is often my optician when getting glasses, and he's equally wonderful. Always makes sure you're getting what you need and answering all your questions so you're happy with what you've selected.
