Today was my first time at this clinic and the experience was amazing! I called on the morning for a same day appointment and the front desk lady was so nice and she squeezed me in so I could be seen by the doctor. Also, Dr. Estevez was so kind and helpful and she addressed my concern so professionally. I couldn’t be more thankful ❤️🩹
Professional and rare to find Eye Doctor Joselyn Estevez is genuinely a caring and professional doctor. Dr. Estevez was incredibly patient and attentive to my concerns after an accident on my right eye. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was healed. The entire staff was wonderful. I won't go anywhere else for my eye care.
Very disappointing experience. I came to this place expecting a proper eye exam and a correctly made pair of glasses after my surgery, but it was a complete letdown. They took my measurements twice, and the glasses were still wrong. The vision was distorted and “crooked,” something any competent optical shop should catch and fix. Made a appointment for this office and the cancel my appointment 2 days in a row, so that's why I can't give a honest review.
The 5 stars is for Dr. Joselyn Estevez who is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable eye doctor. I'm one of her longest time patients and she is the only one I will continue to see. She has updated, state of the art equipment to help pinpoint issues with your eyes and vision. Now 1 star is given to the Front desk/Receptionist (in Union) as she is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Dover office is a much friendlier and professional staff, and the experience is a lot better!!
