Professional and rare to find Eye Doctor Joselyn Estevez is genuinely a caring and professional doctor. Dr. Estevez was incredibly patient and attentive to my concerns after an accident on my right eye. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was healed. The entire staff was wonderful. I won't go anywhere else for my eye care.

Very disappointing experience. I came to this place expecting a proper eye exam and a correctly made pair of glasses after my surgery, but it was a complete letdown. They took my measurements twice, and the glasses were still wrong. The vision was distorted and “crooked,” something any competent optical shop should catch and fix. The worst part is the woman sitting at the counter — extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to offer any real solutions. The 5 stars is for Dr. Joselyn Estevez who is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable eye doctor. I'm one of her longest time patients and she is the only one I will continue to see. She has updated, state of the art equipment to help pinpoint issues with your eyes and vision. Now 1 star is given to the Front desk/Receptionist (in Union) as she is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Dover office is a much friendlier and professional staff, and the experience is a lot better!!

Front desk receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to call 5 times to ask a question about my appointment. Twice nobody answered, once someone just took the phone off the hook to stop it from ringing, and I could hear them going about their day in the background but they would not actually speak to me. Once someone DID answer and she just asked me if I spoke Spanish, I said no and that I just needed to ask about my appointment. She told me to hang on and then walked away for another 7 minutes.
