I had such a great experience at Dr. Tang’s office! I’ve been wearing glasses for years, and I’ve honestly never had a doctor explain my vision and my vision insurance benefits so clearly before. They took the time to walk me through everything, including things I never even knew about my eyes or coverage. I also mentioned that I’m traveling to another state soon, and they made sure I received my trial contacts and glasses early so I’d be all set before leaving. Dr. Tang is one of the best optometrists I’ve gone to, and highly recommend. He explained everything clearly, and quickly locked in the right prescription for me which luckily was to keep my current strength. His level of professionalism and expertise was awesome, answered all my questions and gave me a sample pair of contacts to cover til new order arrived. I look forward to seeing him and his team again, in a year!
First time at Essential Eyecare. The exam was very thorough and informative. The Dr. sat down with me and walked me through my insurance and what I would be paying for contacts and glasses. Zero pressure to buy same day. They did not try to sell me on anything. This was refreshing as I’ve had bad experiences in the past with this. I usually buy from Warby Parker and bc they were so easy going I purchased glasses from them directly. Definitely will be back.
My family and I have been going to another eye doctor for over 30 years. Our eye coverage had changed and was nervous about going to a new location. Well Dr Tang and Annie were great. All the way from scheduling an appointment to the day of the exam. Dr Tang explained everything very well and the kids loved it. They felt very comfortable. Dr Tang had great patience with the youngest one. We are very happy we found our new Eye Dr.
