I love seeing Dr. Kumra. Whatever I need, gets done well with no drama, delay, or difficulties. She is efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and does a good job. And, she never seems as if she is rushing me but somehow I am always in and out quickly. By the way, I am a psychologist and evaluate people for a living. One of the other reasons I like Dr. Kumra is she is so normal and easy to deal with.
Dr. Kumra is the most awesome caring, calm and effective doctor I have ever witnessed. Her sharp expertise solved my ear problem within minutes..... (that had been bothering me for several weeks). Thank you Dr. Kumra!
Dr. Kumra is kind and professional. She has cure my infection on my right ear. She explains every detail why the infection happened. The staff are helpful and kind and yes I do recommend Dr. Kumra and her staff 👍👍. Thank you guys 😊
Dr. Kumra was really good and assisted me very well. I was supposed to get my surgery with her, however, the clinic she works ( Manhattan Surgery Center) is pretty untrustworthy, with a terrible “scheduling “ system and policies.
I had my initial visit with her and will NOT have my follow up with her. Her front desk screwed up my paperwork so much so that it took me several phone calls (8?) to get it straighten out and it still is not straiten out. Most of these repeated phone calls were due to the arrogant incompetence of the front desk. When I brought this up with the doctor, who I had to speak with directly to straight out my post vist procedures, she was rude.
