No communication or feedback; the process felt rushed, and they were unprofessional and harsh with my teeth. I would not recommend this to anyone who values professionalism.

My appointment started at 9 at i got here at 8:55 and im still here be because there dentist still haven’t arrived they need there workers to get there on time because people are busy and need to leave or get their teeth clean fast like they be taking to long they need to get to work on time this is super unexceptionable

I went for a dental cleaning. The wait was long, and the dentist was a bit rude, as were the people at the front desk. I needed a filling and I have a cavity in one of my teeth. However, the person at the front desk told me they wouldn't have any appointments for the treatment for a long time. She told me If I wanted it, I should find another dental center. I paid for the cleaning with a credit card when I checked in, but they ask me how I wanna pay me again when I when I about to leave. It was a total mess. The first time ... read more

I really thought I finally found the perfect dental office.The dentist here, Dr. Kim, she is amazing. However, in the last few months phones are not being answered. Holds last over 5 minutes. Appointments are scheduled and when you arrive they tell you your new appointment time that they did not discuss with you (but how could they when they aren't answering calls and leaving people on hold?) Looks like I am going to have to start searching for a new dental office yet again.....
