I had problems with both eyes, I didn't know where to go or what to do. I called and they were so understanding, I got an appointment the next day. Dr Roush was amazing. Highly recommend them.

Drs. Roush and Will are great, I have been going there for 5 years and their service is awesome. The staff is always there to help you with picking out glasses and getting them to fit properly, very knowledgeable on any questions you have about your eyes or glasses. I highly recommend them to anyone and their selection for glasses are amazing.
The eye exam itself was a good experience. I have been very happy with how they keep close tabs on the health of me eyes. The reason for two stars however...it has been a nightmare to try to order contacts. It took at least 4 weeks just to get a trial pair. 😖 I do not have good eyesight. I could be blind by the time the contacts come in!
If I could give 0 stars I would. After getting an eye exam, my husband took his prescription somewhere else to be filled because glasses are just too expensive here. Well after getting his glasses back, his sight was worse with them. We talked to several optometrists about his issues and they all said his script was clearly wrong. He had just had his exam a couple weeks ago… so obviously his script wouldn’t have changed.
