I have been a patient of Dr. Timothy Smith since 2009. By far and away, Tim is the most honest, knowledgeable, and coolest dentist I’ve ever worked with in my life. The level of professionalism, kindness, and care is at the top of the charts. Their office staff continually exceeds expectations and as long as I live in Massachusetts, this will be the dentist office for our family. I love going here. Really. The entire staff is warm, helpful, highly skilled. The experience is pain-free and encouraging even for someone like me who keeps forgetting to go and makes the cleaning harder for them. They do a great job from scheduling to managing my dental health to dealing with my stupid insurance company. Love these guys and grateful they're close to me.
