I love going here. Really. The entire staff is warm, helpful, highly skilled. The experience is pain-free and encouraging even for someone like me who keeps forgetting to go and makes the cleaning harder for them. They do a great job from scheduling to managing my dental health to dealing with my stupid insurance company. Love these guys and grateful they're close to me.
We havent lived in West Roxbury in 10 years but we will always come to Dr Tim. The office has always taken care of my family and is considerate of your financial limitations. I broke a tooth over the weekend and they got me in today. And now I can smile again ☺️ and without a huge bill to pay! Thank you!

Old filling fell out over the weekend. Left a message on the answering machine on Sunday. Got a call back on Monday morning. Got an appointment on Monday afternoon. New filling put in with no Novacaine required. Problem solved, no muss, no fuss, no bother. Can’t ask for better than that.
