I am new to Washington and was overdue for X-rays and a cleaning. I’m so glad I found arbor dental first. The paperwork was very easy online, the staff and doctor were all friendly and knowledgeable. The office is spacious and I love the big windows and natural light.
This is the only location in our area that works with our insurance. And the Customer Service is very poor. My wife had a root canal done here and it was to come with a warranty that required cleanings every six months. We did not know our insurance only covered one cleaning a year and when we came in for the second cleaning we were told to pay out of pocket. All of that is fine except we were not prepared for it. Dr Mattos was professional, dropped in quick and let us know what the issue was, and the tech who did my cleaning was super professional and kind. So was every person who helped us at the desks.
Great place, super friendly and work with you. I drive 2 hours for my appointments and they're always accommodating to my long drive. Highly recommend this dental clinic.
Absolutely love this place, so friendly and quick! I just got 2 fillings done and I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes!! They are excellent with patients, I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else!
