Had a filling that fell out probably about a year ago, if not longer and I was super self conscious about smiling (it was in my front teeth). Went in today for fillings and to get my old filling fixed. Dr. Mattos did such a great job to the point I feel comfortable smiling again. Even got rid of some old smoking stains. Come here for actual human interaction and high quality dental service.
She was absolutely incredible!!! She was very thoughtful during my cleaning, was a lovely person to talk to and joke around with and informed me of all the things pertaining to my cleaning and teeth. She informed me of future plans and how to achieve the best possible solution for my own personal tooth health. Overall, out of the multiple times I have been here, she was the best!
I love Arbor dental Longview. They’re so kind and helpful when it came down to explaining the treatment I needed. Sam the hygienist was awesome and made my cleaning so easy. Dr. Mattos completed all my filling and was so gentle! Amber the receptionist sent my referral over to the orthodontist so I can start straightening my teeth! I am so glad I found this office and will be going back!
Dr Mattos is amazing! He has completed all my work and I am excited to start the process of straightening my teeth with the new clear aligners they offer! Sam the hygienist is also awesome! Would recommend to all my friends and family!!
Zero, zilch stars for this dentist.. Shame on me for not looking at ALL the negative reviews on these people BEFORE .. And paying attention to my instincts...after getting no return phone calls or texts for 2 weeks. Everything about coming into Arbor Dental as a new patient was 'like pulling teeth' (no pun intended). I am a 73 year old retired doctor & never have I had such a negative experience at a dental office in my life.
