This is the only location in our area that works with our insurance. And the Customer Service is very poor. My wife had a root canal done here and it was to come with a warranty that required cleanings every six months. We did not know our insurance only covered one cleaning a year and when we came in for the second cleaning we were told to pay out of pocket. All of that is fine except we were not prepared for it. Great place, super friendly and work with you. I drive 2 hours for my appointments and they're always accommodating to my long drive. Highly recommend this dental clinic.
Absolutely love this place, so friendly and quick! I just got 2 fillings done and I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes!! They are excellent with patients, I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else!
They are amazing! I've been coming here for about 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are amazing, know you by name, they are friendly, and knowledgeable. I've always hated going to the dentist, but honestly since starting here I have not felt that apprehension. I would highly recommend Arbor Dental to anyone looking for a dentist or looking to switch to a new dentist!! I also love that you can text them to communicate with them, that's just an added bonus.
This place really hurt me with what I feel is a botched crown. They were discounted for $1,000. They told me to raise my hand if the pain became too much. When I raised my hand while they were hurting me they did not stop. They kept going and asked if I was in pain. That’s what me raising my hand was for, how are you going to talk to me with your hands in my mouth?
