This was one of the worst practices I have ever been toDenture came out not fitting and was told if I could find a dentist that could fit it better then I should do that. So I found another dentist . I would not recommend this practice

Found this practice to be very impersonal and found dental work poorly done. Would not recommend to anyone. Had to redo all work.

Terrible, that's how my experience with Dr. Pessin was ! The receptionist is a manifestation that resembles a plethora of horrors, as is Dr. Pessin! I had a filling placed in my tooth and it fel out in one week !

After being Dr. Pessin's loyal Patient for several years and leaving substantial (he is not cheap) amount of $ there, I was being denied emergency service there at the time I suffered. I am not sure if it is an office policy, or his receptionist Jeniffer has some strange preferences, but she refused to give me an appointment within normal emergency response time frame first, and then purposely sabotaged finally scheduled one. That is not, what Doctor - Patient relationship is supposed to be.

I wish to report the lack of proper care and customer service the receptionist Jennifer who has not on one occasion but twice dealt with me in a very disrespectful manner. Dental care and customer service is lacking greatly at this practice. Would never recommend Dr. Pessin's office to anyone.

This dentist is below average, in my opinion. I had him do a filling on a back tooth, that had a CEREC on-lay (from another dentist) that cracked, one year after it was done. (That's why I didn't go back to the original dentist) (He doesn't offer the CEREC computerized tooth restoration.) His filling didn't even come all the way up the sides of the tooth, (#32) to be the same height as #31, and flossing makes the floss material get stuck between the two teeth, and cuts the floss apart.
