Margot is Magic! For the first time in I don't know how many years, she got my prescription so well dialed in that I can actually see the moon and the stars clearly, with pinpoint accuracy! I’ve been coming here since I was a child and my mom brought me here. So I thought after 15+ years of coming here a review is due. I love this place but most of all, I love the people who work here. I’ve never left an appointment unhappy. I love that they explain my insurance benefits to me because to be honest, I don’t really care about that stuff until I need it LOL. Dr. Shipley provides very through exams and explains everything in detail. The office has a huge selection of frames and they’re very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone i know.
My first experience with Dr. Les Shipley was very positive they were great with my children. Never a bad experience then we switch eye coverage plan and Dr. Shipley said he would not make money off me with my new insurance and said for me to go elsewhere. I did. A year later we got insurance that his office excepts and so I called Dr. Shipley’s office and asked if they accepted my insurance.
