Everyone was so sweet with my daughter. They answered all my questions and treated her like she was their own. It was her first time getting her tooth pulled at the dentist and she was super scared, They've made it such a great experience for her! office is very colorful and kids friendly, I Loved the interaction with the staff. Overall AWESOME VISIT! 100% recommend wish they did adults 😁
I didn't even want to give 1 star to this office, but had to in order to make a review. Before coming to this dentist, my 6-year old was seeing a wonderful dentist in Waxhaw. However, they did not accept my insurance plan, and paying out of pocket can get expensive. I was able to get an appointment quickly at PL Jeffries to have his teeth cleaned at his 6-month check-up. I always have a pleasant experience coming here. The atmosphere is always warm and kind. I used to be very nervous for some odd reason going to the dentist, but everyone here makes me feel comfortable. I love that it seems to be an all-women and ethnic staff, which I have never really seen before in any other working environment, making me feel even more comfortable. What a wonderful doctor she’s really sweet and patient to my kids. The dental assistants are really helpful as well I would recommend taking your children here.They always greet me with a smile and with a great attitude and I feel very comfortable bringing my kids here.
