The staff was super friendly and the dentist had a great attitude and made the whole experience really good. She also did a great job with the procedure and we were in and out without any problems.
Everyone was so sweet with my daughter. They answered all my questions and treated her like she was their own. It was her first time getting her tooth pulled at the dentist and she was super scared, They've made it such a great experience for her! office is very colorful and kids friendly, I Loved the interaction with the staff. Overall AWESOME VISIT! 100% recommend wish they did adults 😁
I always have a pleasant experience coming here. The atmosphere is always warm and kind. I used to be very nervous for some odd reason going to the dentist, but everyone here makes me feel comfortable. I love that it seems to be an all-women and ethnic staff, which I have never really seen before in any other working environment, making me feel even more comfortable. I didn't even want to give 1 star to this office, but had to in order to make a review. Before coming to this dentist, my 6-year old was seeing a wonderful dentist in Waxhaw. However, they did not accept my insurance plan, and paying out of pocket can get expensive. I was able to get an appointment quickly at PL Jeffries to have his teeth cleaned at his 6-month check-up.
