I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. John R. Porterfield, Jr. and everyone at Clarus Surgery, LLC. Every single person I talked to was friendly, easy to communicate with, and honestly just pleasant to deal with. I also really appreciated being able to do a tele‑visit when an in‑office appointment wasn’t needed — super convenient. Man, I've never experienced this level of health care. I kept telling everyone how nice they were. My Doctors team is grade A. If you're ever in need of his services, you won't regret it. Now Dr. Portifield is the best I've ever had. He called me prior to my surgery. I didn't know that was done. He came to see me in the holding room prior to my surgery. He is top of the line, with a winning personality.
Dr. Porterfield and his staff took wonderful care of me! They answered all my questions, sent me helpful information and made sure I had a chance to ask more questions. Everyone I spoke with was professional and personable. When I had a question about recovery, several days after surgery, Dr. Porterfield called and reassured me my symptoms were normal. Great experience!
I have yet to visit this facility but I’ve had a telephone appointment with Dr Porterfield and was very impressed with his demeanor and how easy it was to converse with him about my issues. He answered all my questions and concerns. Ellen, his nurse was very helpful with how the surgery process would proceed from hotel stay, tests, and the actual surgery procedure. Great team of professionals. I feel confident in having my surgery at this facility.
Dr PorterField and his staff made it a pleasure to have them be a part of my operation. He is very knowledgeable and has a beautiful bed side manner.
