Dr. Laura removed my molar and I did not feel an ounce of pain. Best dentist EVER and her assistant was awesome too! Mahalo for making a bad experience incredible. Highly recommend this dentist.
Canceled my appointment an hour prior to. Lied and said they called me the work day before. Left me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. The dental staff were excellent, however the receptionist was the worst.
I had such a wonderful experience here the other day! Lindsey, the hygienist, was so gentle and kind. She made the appointment fly by, and my teeth feel so clean and my gums feel so happy and healthy after her work! Dr. Lewis was very kind and knowledgeable as well. Irma and (I think the other woman’s name was Mary Ann?), the women at the front desk, were both very welcoming and so helpful when explaining my insurance coverage. Overall a great experience, and I’ll recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist!
Saved my trip! I had a implant that came loose and was very painful and becoming infected. Dodson Brothers took me in early the next morning. The staff was very friendly and Dr Lewes was exceptional, she removed the implant and prescribed for me an antibiotic. I got immediate relief I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation pain free. Much thanks to the office!
Dentist working on my tooth failed to get a crown to fit properly. Resulted in infection, puss, blood, antibiotics. When I addressed this with the receptionist I was informed everyone was off island for the rest of the month and no one was available to take care of an emergency and because it was another dentist's issue no other dentist wanted to get involved in fixing someone else's mistake ( liability).
