I love Diamond Head Dental Care and been Dr. Matto’s patient for years . When I was looking for a good dentist years ago when I moved to Hawaii - I did a deep research to find the best dentist on the island and all the reviews said that DR Matto was the absolute best . Every single staff member—from the call center representative and front desk team to the assistants and dentists—exceeded my expectations. Great few experiences at diamond head dental. We’ve been with them for a little over a year now and always appreciate their schedule flexibility, fast service, and honest feedback regarding work that needs to get done. I think they say family dentist (which is true though) but I learned early on that they are not pediatric specific. I take my 5 and 3 year old somewhere else, but myself, and my older 4 kids (10+) enjoy coming here.
Super super disappointed. My cleaning was rushed, 35 minutes total. My teeth didn’t feel clean or look pretty after. Dr. Jackson didn’t listen to my concerns, told me I just need to do more cleanings to make things better. Only good thing was the lady initially who took my x-rays and gave me a blanket when I was cold. The rest sucked and I feel like I wasted my money. I love diamond head dental, I’ve been going for almost 5 years now and always have a great experience. It’s very easy, convenient & efficient. All of the hygienists and dentists are very thorough and wonderful.
