Super super disappointed. My cleaning was rushed, 35 minutes total. My teeth didn’t feel clean or look pretty after. Dr. Jackson didn’t listen to my concerns, told me I just need to do more cleanings to make things better. Only good thing was the lady initially who took my x-rays and gave me a blanket when I was cold. The rest sucked and I feel like I wasted my money. Great few experiences at diamond head dental. We’ve been with them for a little over a year now and always appreciate their schedule flexibility, fast service, and honest feedback regarding work that needs to get done. I think they say family dentist (which is true though) but I learned early on that they are not pediatric specific. I take my 5 and 3 year old somewhere else, but myself, and my older 4 kids (10+) enjoy coming here.

Scheduling an appointment is tractable. On my first visit I was able to schedule an emergency appointment for the next day and I did it all online without having to call their office. Upon my visits, I noticed the workers were assiduous the moment I stepped into their office. Everyone shows they care which gives the office a kithly vibe. They know how to help calm the nerves of their patients. Thank you to all of them. I am certainly coming back and definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr Matto for almost 10 years! I initially went to the original clinic and have since moved to the Pearl City location about 4-5 years ago. I am always very satisfied with my visit. The intake woman Princess was great today and Rob always is the best and most gentle dental hygienist I’ve ever had.

A sincere thank you to everyone at this office, but especially Victoria who immediately put me at ease! Give that woman a raise! I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. Every single staff member—from the call center representative and front desk team to the assistants and dentists—exceeded my expectations.
