The best dental experience I have EVER had. Possibly the best medical experience I’ve ever had. I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 20 years. So you can imagine I was pretty scared for my appointment. Everyone was kind and patient with me. I never felt rushed. And I always felt like I was being listened to. Dr. Msnyck is wonderful. I had an appointment with Dr. Wang, and it was a very positive experience. He and his assistants were extremely kind and welcoming. They explained everything clearly throughout the visit, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Crystal did an excellent job cleaning my teeth — she was gentle, thorough, and very professional. Sometimes going to the dentist can be a little nerve-wracking but I highly recommend the team at Diablo creek dentistry! Kristen is amazing! Does an awesome job on getting my teeth in tip-top shape and is a really nice person overall. Dr. Wang is personable, will answer your questions thoroughly, and listen to your concerns carefully. Shoutout to the front office team for always being so kind as well.
Everyone here is so wonderful and kind! As someone that gets super nervous at the dentist, every staff member here was patient and great at performing all my dental needs. I will continue to recommend this place to anyone that needs dental work in the east bay!
