There are not enough words to describe how great Dr. Hong and his staff are. They are truly amazing! I’ve been coming here for months and every time has been a pleasure. Dr. Hong is very thorough in explaining his treatment plan and makes you understand the reasoning behind each visit. His staff has to be the best in the business! Extremely professional and friendly. The whole team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during visits. I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs!
Dr. Hong and his entire team is very caring and pleasant from the moment you walk in to explaining all the issues I have - very through and patient. They greeted me immediately and energetically even though I was a new patient and their very first on for the morning. The facility is state of the art. For anyone looking for a dentist or care team - this would definitely be a recommend.
Dr. Hong has excellent bedside manners. Listens to patient, and explains the process steps. Keeps them informed of progress, likes to follow up frequently to keep track of progress. Staff is courteous, accommodating. Office is very clean. Cost is reasonable. Highly recommendable.
Doctor Hong is amazing. I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and feared it would be painful after hearing about the process. However, Doctor Hong was patient and gentle and it went very smoothly. I’ve been going here ever since and every appointment from routine checkups to regular cleanings have been just as great. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this Dentist!
We're been coming here for a while now and always have a great experience. The staff is super friendly, and booking an appointment is quick and easy. The place is really clean and has all the latest equipments which makes it feel very safe and professional. Dr. Hong is always so kind and gentle.
