I had a fantastic experience at DH Dental. The office is extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. From the front desk to the chair, the staff is very professional. Dr. Dong is amazing—he is patient, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain my treatment plan, timeline, and costs clearly. The pricing is very fair for the quality of service you receive. I am very happy that all my dental issues have been taken care of. Highly recommended!
There are not enough words to describe how great Dr. Hong and his staff are. They are truly amazing! I’ve been coming here for months and every time has been a pleasure. Dr. Hong is very thorough in explaining his treatment plan and makes you understand the reasoning behind each visit. His staff has to be the best in the business! Extremely professional and friendly. The whole team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during visits. I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs!
Dr Hong is very gentle and does his best to make sure you are comfortable and painless, telling what he is about to do and to let him know of any pain so he can find alternative to ease the pain during the operation. I was also impressed by cleanliness of the whole office and the technology they use, that made every step of replacing my crown very comfortable, fast and easy. Dr. Hong and his entire team is very caring and pleasant from the moment you walk in to explaining all the issues I have - very through and patient. They greeted me immediately and energetically even though I was a new patient and their very first on for the morning. The facility is state of the art. For anyone looking for a dentist or care team - this would definitely be a recommend.
Staff very curtious and patient. The doc knowledgeable and explained in detail what can be done , answered all the questions and gave us options of different ways the work could be done. Gave us a detailed estimate of what our bill would be after insurance paid their share. Nice beautiful office. Thx
