When visiting a doctor’s office, patients should feel safe, respected, and listened to. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The doctor appeared dismissive and did not initially review my MRI results, instead making assumptions before even looking at the imaging. I double booked myself today, so I turned up two hours early and explained my situation, and they were able to help me. Everyone were so nice & very helpful, & also Dr. Amesur and his assistant were helpful & very thorough. Thank you so much.

Initially I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Zarndt as a result of an issue I was having with my wrist for more than six weeks and am so glad I did! My visit began with her medical assistant transcribing my symptoms and uploading my Xray/MRI. Then entered Dr Zarndt or "Dr. Z" as the staff referred to her. After introducing herself to my husband and I she pulled up the Xray and MRI and pointed to a specific area as well as physically examining my wrist and asking where I was experiencing pain. Broke my clavicle and Dr. Huff made me look pretty and functional again :-) he was brightly fun and caring. The Physical therapist was also phenomenal for my recovery. Super patient and heard my goals to get back into the gym with no pain. I don’t remember his name, but he was a young Asian guy, so thanks to all.

I was in constant pain with my shoulder. I went to the practice that replaced my knees for a consult. Although I was extremely happy with the surgeon that did my knees he doesn’t do shoulders. During the consult with the shoulder surgeon he told me it would most likely have to be a reverse shoulder replacement and then I would not be able to lift more than 25 pounds for the rest of my life. I left there knowing I was not going to be getting a reverse shoulder replacement as my lifestyle wouldn’t permit that limitation. I... read more
