I received dental work at this office May 18th they charged me $300.00 bucks for something that my insurance paid for.. so basically they got paid twice.. The periodontist i saw seemed very knowledgeable and more than competent, but the office is so badly run that it doesn't really matter. She had them check to see if what we needed to do (a procedure with an out of pocket cost of close to 3000) was covered, and they came back and said it wasn't. My insurance company says it is. Clearly they didn't bother to check! Was also taken an hour later than my appt. time. Now, I can't get anybody on the phone after 6 attempts. Took 18 minutes to book an appt over the telephone. Provided all details including insurance and spouse's SSN. Only to arrive and requesting same exact info which of course I don't have on me, having already provided. Horrible attitude and just save yourself the trouble : go somewhere else.
The endodontics office in suite 105 is a miserable place. Most unfriendly, unhelpful receptionists and I've had to wait an avg of 1.5 hour past schedule appointment time 3 times in a row.
