Brought my 11 year old son in to go over baby teeth he still had. He needed 5 extractions, every time we have gone… everyone has been so professional & kind. Literally the Dr. took out my son’s teeth (a few appointments) in a matter of minutes. The level of professionalism is astounding & the one on one attention is suburb. Thank you for taking care of my sons dental health in great detail, will be retaining there services for my family from now on.
I just had my first appointment on the 29th I was a little nervous at first but the experience was great from the check in to the assistant, the Dr was explaining what was going on to what needs to be done, to the lady that explained what it would cost, to my next appointment!!! When I say they were EXCELLENT I couldn't have a better experience!!!
The office staff (including dentists) were pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, I had to bring my 4 year old with me at the last minute and they did not make me feel bad about it. I do not recommend bringing a child if you can avoid it, but they were very accommodating of my situation so that I could get the care I needed. I also liked that the staff worked together as a team and I noticed them offering to assist each other. Dr. Pai was amazing! My Dental Assistant Angel, and MA Amy were amazing, the staff are very professional w/great bedside manners! I had Medicaid insurance, and needed a clearance for surgical procedure, they got me approved for deep cleaning and crown, he also extracted a tooth, and I didn’t feel hardly any pressure and no pain! I was very pleased and impressed, I’ve never had such a great experience at a dental clinic. They have a great team!
The visit was very nice. The staff/receptionists from beginning to end (setting up my appointment for the first time to checking out at the end) were very friendly. The visit was very quick and the technician and doctor were very kind and considerate. The entire visit was timely and the wait was not bad at all. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the setup of the actual office/rooms as it felt a bit open/not as private as I was expecting. Overall a good experience though, setup aside.
