The staff is very nice and professional here. They stay on appointments and even call you days prior to make sure you don’t forget the day of your appointment. Dr. Pai is very good at not only fixing your teeth but also explaining the problems and finding the best solutions to fixing the problems, he even goes well into deep datail about the problems with your teeth and give suggestions on the best solutions. I definitely recommend this place for teeth cleaning and X rays too.
I had a great experience at this dental office. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made checking in easy and stress-free. The dental assistant was kind and helpful, and the dentist Dr. Pai was knowledgeable, gentle, and truly took their time. I’m really happy I found an established dentist I can trust, and I also appreciated that they were able to schedule me fairly quickly. Overall, a wonderful office and I highly recommend them.
Dr. Pai is the best dentist i have ever experienced. I have severe tooth sensitivity and anxiety and he has made my appointments a painless and positive experience. He takes his time with his patients and thoroughly explains the processes so you can understand what is needed vs other dentists who are pushy about expensive procedures without providing good reasoning.
Angel helped with the work on my deep cleaning and let me tell you I have never experienced such gental work. he walked me through everything he was doing and made sure he polished my teeth to perfection and the best part is he made sure I didn’t have tons of water in my mouth during the cleaning and I didn’t have to take that awkward gulp to let them know to much water lol. he was on it with that little vacuum 🤣. overall I had a great experience 20/10 would recommend
I love the staff here. They are so kind and helpful. The dentist took his time to explain things to me and answered my questions thoroughly. This is the best experience I have had at a dentist who actually cares and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need! I highly recommend!!!!!!!
