Brought my 11 year old son in to go over baby teeth he still had. He needed 5 extractions, every time we have gone… everyone has been so professional & kind. Literally the Dr. took out my son’s teeth (a few appointments) in a matter of minutes. The level of professionalism is astounding & the one on one attention is suburb. Thank you for taking care of my sons dental health in great detail, will be retaining there services for my family from now on.
Wonderful front desk staff as well extremely professional and kind spoken dental assistance and dentist. The female Dentist and male assistance my daughter had were so amazing and made the entire experience very comfortable. They were all really great to deal with while other office in the past have been far less enjoyable in my experience. Dr.A is great, she explained everything throughly and gave me many options regarding my txt. My assistant was great and very kind. Everyone in the office is very nice ❤️
The office staff (including dentists) were pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, I had to bring my 4 year old with me at the last minute and they did not make me feel bad about it. I do not recommend bringing a child if you can avoid it, but they were very accommodating of my situation so that I could get the care I needed. I also liked that the staff worked together as a team and I noticed them offering to assist each other. Dr. Pai was amazing! My Dental Assistant Angel, and MA Amy were amazing, the staff are very professional w/great bedside manners! I had Medicaid insurance, and needed a clearance for surgical procedure, they got me approved for deep cleaning and crown, he also extracted a tooth, and I didn’t feel hardly any pressure and no pain! I was very pleased and impressed, I’ve never had such a great experience at a dental clinic. They have a great team!
