Wonderful front desk staff as well extremely professional and kind spoken dental assistance and dentist. The female Dentist and male assistance my daughter had were so amazing and made the entire experience very comfortable. They were all really great to deal with while other office in the past have been far less enjoyable in my experience. The office staff (including dentists) were pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, I had to bring my 4 year old with me at the last minute and they did not make me feel bad about it. I do not recommend bringing a child if you can avoid it, but they were very accommodating of my situation so that I could get the care I needed. I also liked that the staff worked together as a team and I noticed them offering to assist each other. Dr. Pai was amazing! My Dental Assistant Angel, and MA Amy were amazing, the staff are very professional w/great bedside manners! I had Medicaid insurance, and needed a clearance for surgical procedure, they got me approved for deep cleaning and crown, he also extracted a tooth, and I didn’t feel hardly any pressure and no pain! I was very pleased and impressed, I’ve never had such a great experience at a dental clinic. They have a great team!

The staff at this location are very friendly and professional, they are very flexible with the scheduling and even send text notifications prior to the day of your appointment. The wait is not bad at all and they offer different payment options.

The visit was very nice. The staff/receptionists from beginning to end (setting up my appointment for the first time to checking out at the end) were very friendly. The visit was very quick and the technician and doctor were very kind and considerate. The entire visit was timely and the wait was not bad at all. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the setup of the actual office/rooms as it felt a bit open/not as private as I was expecting. Overall a good experience though, setup aside.
