I had a great experience at this dental office. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made checking in easy and stress-free. The dental assistant was kind and helpful, and the dentist Dr. Pai was knowledgeable, gentle, and truly took their time. I’m really happy I found an established dentist I can trust, and I also appreciated that they were able to schedule me fairly quickly. Overall, a wonderful office and I highly recommend them.
Dr. Pai is an absolute WIZARD! He did my wisdom tooth surgery in less than a MINUTE and it was easily the most painless procedure I have ever had in my life. Extremely efficient and highly skilled staff, you will not wait long. I will only be coming Dental Smiles of Joliet from here on out. Do not even hesitate to book an appointment with these guys!
I believe that I've just had the best experience at going to a dentist than anyone could ever have. Reason I say that is I've had two teeth that have needed to be pulled for a while and everybody loves the dentist not. Dr. Pai is the best dentist i have ever experienced. I have severe tooth sensitivity and anxiety and he has made my appointments a painless and positive experience. He takes his time with his patients and thoroughly explains the processes so you can understand what is needed vs other dentists who are pushy about expensive procedures without providing good reasoning.
I BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. DR HARRIS WAS THE BEST HANDS DOWN..PPL STOP ME IN MID CONVERSATION TO COMPLIMENT MY TEETH . HAVEN'T BEEN SINCE DECEMBER 2024 AND I AM VERY UPSET. I WISH I KNEW WHERE SHE WAS BCUZ NO OTHER DENTIST MAKE ME FEEL FEARLESS AND THAT'S THE PART I LOVED ABOUT HER AND THE REASON I ONLY SEEN HER. SHE SHOWED SHE CARED . AND MARIANA AT THE FIRST DESK IS AMAZING AND HER ATTITUDE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY
