The staff at this location are very friendly and professional, they are very flexible with the scheduling and even send text notifications prior to the day of your appointment. The wait is not bad at all and they offer different payment options.
I have terrible teeth (genetics) and Medicaid. I visited Dental Smiles for the first time March 10th, was provided a detailed description of what I needed, a care plan containing possible dates and treatments needed and was reassured they would try their best to make sure my insurance covered it. The assistant made me beyond comfortable and went as far as to show me his crown done in office after I expressed concerns. I go back March 12th to start my treatments. Dr.Pai took great care of my son during his extraction! Very kind and good bedside manner! I was very happy with his care and how he took the time to explain everything to myself and my teenage son. Exceptional care!
I've been seeing Dr Peai for about a year and half for several different problems & he & his staff are wonderful. He is compassionate & works out payment plans for whatever insurance doesn't cover. Is recommend partials from this Dr, their very comfortable. Front desk girls are helpful. Mariana helps with payment plan arrangements/insurance/appts kindly.
Dental Smiles, is a good dentist to go to. They always good care of their patients. I have been seeing Dr.Peai for about a year now and he an amazing dentist that knows what he's doing.
