Wonderful front desk staff as well extremely professional and kind spoken dental assistance and dentist. The female Dentist and male assistance my daughter had were so amazing and made the entire experience very comfortable. They were all really great to deal with while other office in the past have been far less enjoyable in my experience. Dr. Pai was amazing! My Dental Assistant Angel, and MA Amy were amazing, the staff are very professional w/great bedside manners! I had Medicaid insurance, and needed a clearance for surgical procedure, they got me approved for deep cleaning and crown, he also extracted a tooth, and I didn’t feel hardly any pressure and no pain! I was very pleased and impressed, I’ve never had such a great experience at a dental clinic. They have a great team!
The office staff (including dentists) were pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, I had to bring my 4 year old with me at the last minute and they did not make me feel bad about it. I do not recommend bringing a child if you can avoid it, but they were very accommodating of my situation so that I could get the care I needed. I also liked that the staff worked together as a team and I noticed them offering to assist each other. The staff at this location are very friendly and professional, they are very flexible with the scheduling and even send text notifications prior to the day of your appointment. The wait is not bad at all and they offer different payment options.
I thought the Doctor and the lady working with her were the best. They explained everything so I understood & didn't take risky chances. Apparently I'm a shark, ha ha ha. I have a couple rows of adult teeth above my permanent teeth, he's sending me to a surgeon. I'm very happy with them, they were so much better than when we came to get my teeth cleaned. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the doctor or the lady working with him. Devin
