Easy scheduling and the front desk made it easy to follow up. Dr Stevens was friendly and talked me through options. Everything felt transparent and he explained what he’s doing and why along the way. Especially with a dentist I really appreciated that he differentiated between “we should probably fix this soon, we should fix this but no rush, and we can monitor this but it should get better on its own”.
Dr. Michelle Stevens and her team were wonderful! She gave me the most thorough exam and more face time than any other dentist I have had. They even took the extended time to hand scale me because I have sensitivity with the ultrasonic.
I had a pleasant experience at my dental appointment. Upon entry I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and the hygienist. I was very satisfied with the work I had done. Dr. Steven’s made sure to check my teeth and made recommendations . I would recommend Dental Arts to my friends and families.
The staff is amazing! Starting even from the first phone call to set up an appointment. They are extremely personable. Dr. Stevens and Michelle are wonderful. They listen to you fully, really explain your options including *why* and *how* each are different and right/wrong for you. They give you all of the tools to make an informed decision, while also making your visit extremely pleasant. Highly recommend all around!!!!
I had another great appointment with Dr. Stevens the best of the best & his awesome & talented Michelle. They both always walk me through each & every step of each & every procedure. They’re always caring & polite. Dr. Steven’s always makes sure that I’m happy & comfortable being leaving. The bedside manners is top notch.
