I rarely leave reviews, but DentaCrafters earned this. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, cared for, and respected. I came in thinking the worst — that I might have gingivitis or something serious — but they caught the issues early and walked me through everything with care and clarity. The staff is incredibly professional but also warm. They explained my gum treatment, extractions, and crown plan without judgment and made me feel empowered, not embarrassed. This was my first visit, and I was really impressed! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the office was clean, and the dentist made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt like I was in good hands. Looking forward to coming back!
People working there were polite but they pushed treatment pretty aggressively which really soured the whole experience. Also when I got my front tooth filled the dentist changed the shape of my tooth so much I almost cried. the surface was oddly curved, color is off, they also made the tooth cartoonishly large?? Another dentist in the office actually came and filed down the edges so it doesnt look as large.
