I am so frustrated with the office staff. We got a very nice frame but the lenses were too thick to stay in the frame. The office staff should have accepted their mistake and either suggested another frame or made good. The lense has popped out every day. I have had to pay for a new lense or the "warranty" deductible. I even brought in a person who had worked for two glass businesses for thirty years. They would still not accept their mistake in the original combination. I will not go back. I will pay full price somewhere ... read more
