I've always been afraid of dentist & the sharp tools they use; however this place makes you feel at ease all the time. Dr Michael is the best an is very understanding & his staff is extremely polite. They make going to the dentist less stressful ❤️
I was in so much pain and needed a same-day appointment. I called in the morning, and the staff immediately showed genuine empathy and quickly found an opening for me to come in within the hour. I needed a tooth removed, and despite his busy schedule, Dr. Mike didn’t hesitate to fit me in and take care of it right away. I’m beyond grateful for the compassionate staff and Dr. Mike’s expertise. This is truly the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! If I could give 10 stars I totally would , thank you guys so much !!
The entire team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and gentle. I was nervous going in, but they made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience.
This is the best Dental office I have been to where if I have an emergency they work with me to get me in ASAP. Olga who works at the front desk is very cooperative, the dental Assistant is very caring as well as the hygienist Susanna who was gentle in doing my deep cleaning and would ask me many times if I was ok. My experience today was amazing! I get very anxious when in a dental office and this trip was no different. Urla greeted me in the waiting area and I could hear the smile in her voice. She took her time and explained how to care for my teeth at home and reassured me that going forward the cleanings would get much easier. Dr. Mike came in the room and was equally pleasant and. informative. Urla was very gentle during the cleaning and made me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure.
