Eva was so wonderful in every way. First time visiting Cruzin Dental and it was every thing I could have asked for. If you are looking for a relaxing ,magical feel good and amazing experience this is the place to go. Eva was helpful and through explaining to us exactly what was offered asked us questions to see what my daughters and my needs were to customize and the service was incredible. I had an amazing experience at Cruzin' Dental! Lynn, the dental hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and made the cleaning comfortable. Robin, the dental assistant, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. The front desk staff was welcoming, organized, and made scheduling and check-in a breeze. The whole team was professional, friendly, made me feel welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend!
The office and staff was phenomenal!!! My first time experience was wonderful!! Being nervous about going to the dentist and having an emergency is a double anxiety, but I felt calm,reassured and safe. Best experience with any Dental service I have ever had. The facility is clean and orderly. They even recently had a interior remodel which improved the atmosphere. The staff were very professional and attention from front desk experience to dental cleaning, oral surgery, and check out with payment options. Cherry payment plan is available here which helped me pay over time with manageable payments instead of one lump sum. I would highly recommended Dr. Santa Cruz's for dental care. The music in the waiting room was way too loud. Sounded like they were expecting a dance party or something. That music volume needs to be lowered to make it a soothing and inviting place to be. I shouldn’t feel like I need to request the next song from the DJ. Also, there was a lot of very loud, personal conversations going on both at the front of the house and in the back of the house.
