Everyone is kind and caring. I had a dental emergency while going through chemo. Dr. Cannon sent a thorough treatment plan to my oncologist. Extractions and follow up went as smoothly as possible. They accommodated my wheelchair. I have dental phobia and the calm atmosphere of the staff and office helps to calm my fears and anxiety.
I had an amazing experience at Cruzin' Dental! Lynn, the dental hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and made the cleaning comfortable. Robin, the dental assistant, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. The front desk staff was welcoming, organized, and made scheduling and check-in a breeze. The whole team was professional, friendly, made me feel welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend!
The music in the waiting room was way too loud. Sounded like they were expecting a dance party or something. That music volume needs to be lowered to make it a soothing and inviting place to be. I shouldn’t feel like I need to request the next song from the DJ. Also, there was a lot of very loud, personal conversations going on both at the front of the house and in the back of the house. My husband and I went to Cruzin Dental yesterday, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made us feel very comfortable. The staff at a Cruzin’ Dental is amazing. They explained the procedures. Always asked if I had any questions. Dr Diaz is also amazing, very gentle, very knowledgeable. The staff is amazing. Kevin gave a me a blanket when I felt cold. Will always come back to the office and will definitely recommend family and friends to the office.
