The dentistry itself seems fine. BUT, like so many businesses in the area, there is a real lack of communication skills from those who are tasked with scheduling. I received a voicemail to remind me of an appointment followed by a phone call two minutes later from the same person who claimed to not know what the voicemail was about. It took three calls to move my son from one Crowns Now location to another since apparently the different locations don't share scheduling systems. A special shout out to Oni for an excellent job on my deep clean procedure! I really appreciated the calls (Misty) after my appointment just to check on my recovery! Hi, What a great cleaning I had today. My dental hygienist really meant business! She was so very nice. I hope she works in my teeth next time too! She is so dedicated. The dentist was kind as usual. To the point and nice. All the staff are very friendly, The gals up front are great!!!! I recently visited Dr.Armbruster at Crowns Now to have a damaged crown replaced. Although I have moved away from Greenville area, I will always return to this location for my crowns. Dr. Armbruster is the best at what he does. He is a real perfectionist, and I feel so relaxed while he is working on my teeth knowing I can count on him for the best possible outcome!
My experience today was awesome. The care and concern was great. I was made as comfortable as possible. Asked many times was I ok and I appreciated that. They made it easy for me to return for the rest of what I have to get done. Thanks guys.
