I have been going to Crowns now for quite a few years. I have never gone and had a bad experience. Everyone from the receptionist, Hygienist, nurses and Dr’s are incredibly kind, caring,attentive. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible during treatment. They are not pushy on your treatment plans to get them scheduled and going. Have been a patient since Dec. 2018 and have got the very best care available. I needed to sink two appointments at both his office and crowns now across from Smiles today due to living 2 + hours away and they made it happen. Dr. Jacob's is great and a very friendly staff.THANK YOU ALL!
The entire staff are incredible. I look forward to going because I am not treated like another client. They take time to get to know you as a person. They are informative and understanding of the entire situation. They always make me feel at ease about the procedures and even my budget. It's rare to have an entire building of a business willing to help in any way that they can. They treat you like family.
I have been in the Crowns Now office several times the last few months and Dr. Aparna DMD and her assistant Rebecca, have been absolutely incredible! Dr. Aparna succeeds her peers in current dentistry technology and procedures. She helped me with an alternative for a mouth guard for night use, a couple of fillings, and a very difficult extraction. Actually makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. My Hygenist was Oni. Incredible! Zero discomfort. Wonderful person. Dr. Stoller, well, he’s always been my favorite dentist! Very thorough and knowledgeable.
