I have been going to Crowns now for quite a few years. I have never gone and had a bad experience. Everyone from the receptionist, Hygienist, nurses and Dr’s are incredibly kind, caring,attentive. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible during treatment. They are not pushy on your treatment plans to get them scheduled and going. I had an outstanding experience with Oni during my visit today. He was professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. Oni took the time to explain what he was doing, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and made the whole appointment feel easy and stress-free. His friendly personality and attention to detail really set him apart. My teeth feel fantastic, and I truly appreciate the care he provided. I highly recommend Oni to anyone looking for a hygienist who goes above and beyond.
The entire staff are incredible. I look forward to going because I am not treated like another client. They take time to get to know you as a person. They are informative and understanding of the entire situation. They always make me feel at ease about the procedures and even my budget. It's rare to have an entire building of a business willing to help in any way that they can. They treat you like family.
I have been in the Crowns Now office several times the last few months and Dr. Aparna DMD and her assistant Rebecca, have been absolutely incredible! Dr. Aparna succeeds her peers in current dentistry technology and procedures. She helped me with an alternative for a mouth guard for night use, a couple of fillings, and a very difficult extraction. The Lobby was clean and comfortable. I have never visited or seen such a well decorated or clean Lobby. I had Dr. Armbruster and his assistant Gabby assigned to me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me a treatment plan for my dental needs. My treatment plan was expectedly matched based on my needs with multiple fixtures and implants.
