We all know how hard it is to find the "right" dentist. We have been through at least 3 here since moving here, and each time we are forced to move on and seek out a new one. After more research, I found Dr. Armbruster and Crowns Now. I wish I had earlier. Without going into details, I had 3 semi-emergencies within a month time, and one of them involved me traveling out of town the very next day. Hello, I had to go and see Dr.Wheeler today at Crowns Now dentistry off of Cleveland Street for a tiny filling. Dr.Wheeler and her entire staff was so polite and friendly that they just make you feel at home. Dr.Wheeler explained everything she was going to do during the procedure. Made me feel comfortable. Dr.Wheeler is gental and caring about her patients. I would highly recommend this dental practice and of course Dr.Wheeler.
Best dental practice I’ve experienced. Becky at the front desk sets the tone. She communicates any changes and offers earlier appointments if one becomes available. Carol, the dental hygienist, uses the latest technology and explains everything she’s doing. Her friendly manner put me at ease. Dr Jamie told me what I was doing right and what I could do to improve. I was impressed with the thoroughness of her exam. I felt like I was in good hands!
Crowns Now Family Dentistry is the best office I have ever been to in all of my years! All of the staff are amazing from office personnel to the dentist herself. Cleanings are excellent and pain free! Such a friendly and professional office! I would never go anywhere else after finding this gem. This office was recommended from reaching out on Next Door to find a dental office in a new city to me. That was the best thing I ever did! Thank you to all of the staff for making my visits so pleasant.
I’ve been coming here for 3 or 4 years and this will probably be my last year. The staff is pleasant but I have never had an appointment that I didn’t feel like I was being super rushed for them to make it to their next patient. My doctor is nice but doesn’t really spend time answering your questions without being halfway out the door to run back and forth to another patient.
