Wonderful staff and Dr Wheeler was caring and honest. My only concern/not particularly complaint was I wasn't given an estimated cost of all procedures, start to finish of the total cost of the two implants,extraction costs of 2 teeth, abutment and crown. I would have like an approximate cost start to finish on the total procedures up from instead of increments.
I had a wonderful experience today at my appointment! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the front door I felt welcomed and understood. I appreciate the entire staff, and am excited for my next visit. I would recommend this location to everyone and/or anyone who may be skeptical! Thank you!
This was my first visit, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. The dental assistant was thorough during my cleaning, and Dr. Wheeler took the time to explain different options for improving my smile. Unlike many dental offices that feel pushy or overly focused on upselling, I felt like I was in honest, capable hands. Highly recommend!
The staff is awesome. They are very helpful and always listen to you. They handle everything with professionalism. I recommend them to anyone who hates going to the dentist because they make you feel very comfortable even if you don't have the best teeth. I have a problem with plaque buildup which they have helped me with no judgment. I have never been to any other dentist that didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed about that. Also getting my teeth cleaned does not hurt like others I have used.
