I love this dentist office. The staff is great, they’re friendly and helpful. And the quality of the work is great too. I just got a root canal and it felt like it went by fast. I do wish they had a water dispenser here for patients to drink water from but it’s okay.

Worst customer service ever i was sent from my regular dentist for some work to be done on a root canal they refused service just because my ID did not have my maiden name like my insurance card even though my dentist talk to the receptionist told her there was no problem that they will send my ID to my insurance and my insurance has on file my ID as it is with no problem to be billed. Absolute worst experience in any medical or dental practice that I have personally been to or taken my children to. Practice is not family friendly. I was referred here by my sons, orthodontist for him to have his wisdom teeth removed. This office never picks up the phone and at the end of the call, prompts you to text them. The woman who responds to the text messages is an absolute nightmare. Zero professionalism. She actually argues through text. The worst dental experience ever. During my visit with my child, the staff was rude and unprofessional. When I asked questions that they couldn't answer, they repeatedly cited "office policy" without further explanation. I understand office policies if they align with general guidelines, such as requiring an adult to be present with a child who cannot make decisions or respond appropriately if something goes wrong.
