Friendly, personable staff and doctor. Doctor took time to listen and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed through like other eye doctors I’ve previously been to. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for quite a few years. Every-time I go they treat me like they have known me forever. It's such a comfortable environment. Everyone is so friendly and personable. I saw a new doctor this time as the one I usually see is slowly going into retirement and I couldn't fit my schedule to see him this time. But pleasantly surprised by this doctor, funny, informative, and even though I am not the best patient he was still wonderful and dint make me feel bad. Such a pleasant experience when visiting Cross River Eye Care. Everyone so helpful over the years. Dr Gagliardi always so thorough and explains every step along the way giving you a level of confidence and understanding to your all important eye care.

Secretary called back on her own volition after doing more research on my insurance coverage. Shows they really care and want their customers to have all info before payment.
