I love Cross River Eye Care not because is close by and convenient but most importantly is the people who worked there. They care and accommodate your needs. You are not just a number or a customer. As far as my experience and have been going there with my four children for so many years, they are phenomenal with customer service. They are number one in my book!
My wife has been going to the Cross River/Cross River eye care for over 30 years. We get great attention from everyone in the office. We’ve seen employees come and go but the excellent attention and service never skips a beat.
Dr Gaglioti is knowledgeable and professional and listens to your needs .Recently I purchased new frames , pretty expensive, I guess I was paying for the name “Saint Laurant “ . After wearing them a few days they kept sliding off due to the metal / aluminum arms . They felt like a child’s sun glasses, then finding out how cheap they were made ! 435.00 later ! April 2024 - Ba k with my adult son who sat on his glasses and needed a new pair after quick eye exam three amazing frames were picked out and he left with glasses he loved ordered. Super friendly staff and great selection of frames. Highly recommend. So much better than the large superstores for glasses, personal effort given every time!!!
