Recently got new eye insurance and needed an eye doctor. I forget the name of the front desk woman who helped me, but over the phone, she was super helpful figuring out if they took my insurance and she got me an appointment quickly. My experience with Dr. gaglioti was great. He helped adjust my contact lens prescription to equalize my vision and it’s the clearest I’ve seen in months. I loved my experience at cross river eye care, they were extremely patient with me but even more so with my children! I scheduled my appointment during spring break so I had an almost 5yo and an almost 3yo and while I took forever (like an hour) choosing frames- they gave the girls some coloring paper and then lollipops and had them sit on chairs... what a sweet family business. EVERYONE at Cross River Eye Care is wonderful! They are all so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. And they squeeze you in for emergencies (which I just had yesterday). I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience yesterday at my eye exam. Very thorough exam and got some greT advice about eye care. The ladies up front were very accommodating and i never felt rushed

I really enjoyed my experience here! It was my first ever eye doctor appointment in my mid 30s and I felt really taken care of. Dr. Cremonini was approachable, knowledgeable, and thorough and Casey and staff had me laughing and tailored choosing glasses with me. I had fun! I look forward to picking up my glasses and the eye relief.
