Where to start?!?? This office is Amazing! Literally, the staff are angelic. Full of smiles, laughter and kindness!!! We saw 4 sets of people, reception and documentation, assistants reviewing history and taking X-rays, the doctor who was beyond informational and thorough and then the treatment coordinator. The staff literally waved goodbye to us as we walked out the hallway and door. The building is gorgeous- made me feel like I was at the Bellagio. My experience with Cranberry Oral Surgery was very positive. Dr. Kirkpatrick has established an outstanding surgical practice. From the moment you enter his offices you are welcomed by professional staff and interior accommodations which are exceptional. . I received excellent care before during and after surgery. The practice is located in a modern building which has first floor entry with safe parking and mere steps from the entrance. Thank you Dr. Kirkpatrick and Staff for the fine medical care I received.
I called on Monday morning to get an appointment to have a molar extracted and luckily because of a cancelation they were able to see me that afternoon. Dr. Kirkpatrick and his staff were all very professional and kind and Dr. Kirkpatrick personally called me that evening to check on how I was. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of an oral surgeon. Beside a top notch staff the office is beautiful and very calming.
I saw Dr. Kirkpatrick for an emergency on a Sunday. After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Kirkpatrick was able to triage my infected root canal tooth so that I could be as comfortable as possible until I was able to see an endodontist the next day (Monday). He personally followed up with me early Monday morning to see how I was doing and then subsequently called the endodontist who ultimately treated my tooth that day. What an amazing office! I got all my wisdom teeth removed and I was SO nervous before arriving. The team (literally everyone- even the front desk staff) did such an amazing job helping ease my nerves and ensure I had the best experience possible. I’ve been dreading getting my wisdom teeth out for years but my experience here made it such an easier process.
