i came in to schedule an appointment and they ended up getting me in that day, front desk lady was very nice and professional. it was pretty busy but honestly the wait wasn’t too bad
Worst service the lasy in the front is very rude.. Went two days in a row for my daughter then for me both days it was the same.. second day they cancelled my appointment once i was there bc i had my son w autism w me and my other son.. but they where so quick to just cancel
The office called me to set up appointment for a referral from my dr for diabetic eye exam. About a month ahead of time everything was good. Appointment day I went got checked in and after waiting about 45 mins I was told they have been having a hard time getting my insurance to pay them. and to have the exam I would need to pay about 200 bucks. absolutely horrid establishment. DO NOT come here. Dr. Lim was an alright dr this is not about him. Their customer service is complete bs. No one there knows what they’re doing or how to do their job. Allow me to explain. They require a dr visit once a year to get new contacts. You cannot just order contacts. Ultimately for my daughter’s visit and for my contacts it is relatively pricey. Okay, it is a necessity it’s alright. But, we live about an hour away so the drive every year is tedious. I give Dr. Lim 5 stars and I will continue to use him as my eye doctor. I will not however, use there optical side for glasses again. They only get one star. I called to check on the status of my glasses and they were not in but they could not even be bothered to check on the status. I called a second time a week later only to be told they had never even been sent out. By the time I get them it will have been a month since my actual appointment.
