I thought I need a new denture, but doctor Omar Alhinty suggested another solution and it was awesome. They also contacted my previous dentist to check the type of implant I have installed. Awesome attention to details. Coordinator agreed to split the procedure between two insurance allowances , if it is necessary, which my previous dental office refused to do.
I wish I could give 0 stars. My teeth have always been extremely important to me, and I left this office hating the way they look and feeling completely taken advantage of. This has been the worst dental experience I have ever had. I was charged thousands of dollars out of pocket despite providing my insurance information multiple times. I was repeatedly told that claims were submitted, yet later learned they were not. Had an emergency with a broken implant. The team and doctor were amazing. Arranged a appointment with oral surgeon same day. Went to the kingwood office at 10 am and at 2 pm the surgeon was taking care of the issue. Great People and Service.
I've gone here for year and Dr kay was great amazing, but after being gone for a while I went back and I saw Dr Omar! It was horrible he gave me anxiety he wasn't pleasant at all I waited 2 hours for him to tell me he couldn't do my deep cleaning with braces told me to hv them removed! I left feeling horrible I
