Horrible pharmacy horrible customer service. Seems as if they have teenagers working here or something. Tried to get a prescription filled for two weeks. Issue with my insurance they don’t call and tell me just let me waste my time coming for pick up, send updated info via email conveniently they can’t check the email, call to give info on phone and they tell me they don’t have my prescription before even asking my name. They don’t care about the inconvenience of others please don’t waste your time here
The Pharmacy looks a little rough around the edges. However their staff is very nice, helpful, engages with their patients. Expanded hours would be nice, however I get treated much better as in terms of service than i do Walgreens. This is a small family owned pharmacy to keep in mind and they offer delivery of meds. All and all worth going to if you have meds to be filled and are local.
I have lived in Jersey City for a little over a year and I have used Community Pharmacy to fill all of my prescriptions! They have been professional, efficient, polite and always filled my prescriptions very fast! I am moving out of Jersey City now and I wanted to leave them a great review before I depart. Friendly but disorganized and a bit irresponsible given the current pandemic and social distancing, etc. I had two prescriptions sent here recently, and was told that the pharmacy would contact me when they were ready. After not hearing from the pharmacy for two days, I called and was told they were ready for pickup. I stopped by about an hour later and after waiting 20 minutes, was told one of the prescriptions couldn't be filled and I'd have to come back again. Pharmacy is a joke. My prescription was transfered to them and they quickly "filled it" so I couldn't get it at another pharmacy. Then throughout the entire day I had to chase them by calling and being promised my medication which I need to take ASAP would be sent by 2, then 3-4pm, then 5-6pm UNTIL THEY CLOSED AND NO LONGER PICKED UP. You don't deserve any business for playing with people's health like that, especially taking their money on top of that.
