I have been to this office before Dr Brandon’s passing . And it was an amazing place for me and my family but now moving back to Colorado and needing a dentist for my daughter and sending her in with her dad was a huge mistake ! The first red flag was all the girls gossiping up front about another NEW co worker! Then having a whole panel of X-rays done when the machine was broken so my daughter had to hold it in place her self . The new tech asking for help and being desregarded . I have been in to the clinic three times and still haven’t gotten a cleaning. First appointment told I would be getting an exam and cleaning. Just X-rays and exam by dentist. Next appointment ended up in extracting a tooth. Three appt I scheduled a cleaning… oh guess what they can’t do the cleaning because I have to do a deep cleaning and they have to get it preapproved by insurance. 10/10 Superb! Went in pain, needing a removal left feeling 100% better thank you, Dr. Salazar! The staff amazing from waiting area to room, informative throughout my treatment, and Doc made sure I knew what next steps were and had them scheduled at checkout. See you all next week!
