Went back to my follow-up appointment and ordered contacts. I was able to find the same contacts from somewhere else and they were willing to price match for me when I asked for a refund. They were very helpful and Im grateful!
Everyone was super nice and attentive and took care of me quickly as soon as I walked in. Dr. Hu was awesome and listened to all my concerns and walked me through everything she was doing (I am a new patient). The girl who took my payment even helped me get set up with a rebate for my contacts! My only issue was that I didn’t get an itemized receipt but other than that I had a wonderful experience here!
I needed to get in quickly with an eye doctor in a Saturday before a trip and Clear Care fit me in quick and gave me an extra pair of contacts for my trip. Such nice people and very professional and helpful!
This was my second year in a row to come to Clear Eye Care for my annual eye check. Doctor and staff member were friendly and appointment was very smooth. The equipments for the eye exam are new and high tech! I would come back next year as well!
They worked my son in last minute before closing and they were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend!
