The whole experience was great. There was no pressure on how much to spend, which is something I can appreciate being an advertising sales. I felt very comfortable and could easily understand and appreciate the chair side manner of the doctor -she was very knowledgeable And explain things in a way that we can understand. I would highly suggest this eye care place if you’re looking for an initial exam, or changing care -
I’ve been coming here for about 3 years for eye care and every experience is great. The doctors are kind and compassionate, don’t rush, and make sure I’ve got space to talk about the best prescription for me. They also always check up on a particular spot on my right eye to make sure I’m still healthy. On the front side, Lisa has helped me pick out glasses every time I come in and she’s the best. Everyone I came in contact with as soon as I walked in the door was very nice and super helpful. Lisa was amazing with helping me pick a new pair of glasses and breaking down insurance costs. Thank you again to everyone in the office!
Shout out to Chris and Dr. Philips for helping me with my annual eye checkup and eye glasses selection. Chris went out of his way and helped me answering all my queries and throwing out his recommendations. They also have a wide variety of frame selections but they didn’t have any rimless in stock which disappointed me. Con: I felt that everyone in this place were totally in a hurry to check you out. I had a great experience at Clear Eye Care! Kylie and Gabe were both amazing. Kylie expertly repaired my glasses, and Gabe provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place!
