Always a pleasant visit. From the staff up to front to Dr. Heeg in back, I always feel like everyone cares and my time is important. Professional, efficient, and kind throuout the office.
The whole experience was great. There was no pressure on how much to spend, which is something I can appreciate being an advertising sales. I felt very comfortable and could easily understand and appreciate the chair side manner of the doctor -she was very knowledgeable And explain things in a way that we can understand. I would highly suggest this eye care place if you’re looking for an initial exam, or changing care -
I’ve been coming here for about 3 years for eye care and every experience is great. The doctors are kind and compassionate, don’t rush, and make sure I’ve got space to talk about the best prescription for me. They also always check up on a particular spot on my right eye to make sure I’m still healthy. On the front side, Lisa has helped me pick out glasses every time I come in and she’s the best.
