I’ve been coming to Dr. Heeg for about two years now, and every visit has been a really good experience. The staff is friendly and organized, which makes a big difference—appointments run on time and I’m never stuck waiting. Dr. Heeg takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense, without rushing through the exam. Outstanding eye exam with Dr. Heeg...thorough, professional, and very informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Online pre-visit info exchange, including insurance matters, was quick and easy. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in delivering great service.
Dr. Heeg is amazing! I have been going to him for over 10 years, and he's the best eye doctor I've ever had. I tried other doctors, but they kept getting my prescription wrong, and when I went back to Dr. Heeg, he fixed it immediately! He's very kind and the staff are understandable and affable as well. I love this facility, and they deserve more recognition!
I got an appointment on Saturday for my daughter and I and they were great. Everyone on staff was super friendly and they got us in and out very quickly. I didn't feel rushed by the dr to decide 1 or 2, 3 or 4...iykyk. Also, the lady that is only there on Saturday mornings was ssssoooo personable! I mean it helped that my daughter had a wee kitten but I enjoyed her energy.
Dr. Heeg was so thorough and talked me through the entire eye exam, explaining his findings as we went along. His staff is also very professional and helpful. The selection of available frames was wonderful and I was able to find a pair I can't wait to wear. Highly recommend Dr. Heeg and Clear Eye!
