As for the providers, I recommend Dr. Patel as I've been a patient of hers for quite some time now. She takes her time, I've never felt rushed and she's great at answering all my questions. Outstanding eye exam with Dr. Heeg...thorough, professional, and very informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Online pre-visit info exchange, including insurance matters, was quick and easy. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in delivering great service.
Dr. Heeg is amazing! I have been going to him for over 10 years, and he's the best eye doctor I've ever had. I tried other doctors, but they kept getting my prescription wrong, and when I went back to Dr. Heeg, he fixed it immediately! He's very kind and the staff are understandable and affable as well. Dr. Heeg was so thorough and talked me through the entire eye exam, explaining his findings as we went along. His staff is also very professional and helpful. The selection of available frames was wonderful and I was able to find a pair I can't wait to wear. Highly recommend Dr. Heeg and Clear Eye!
