I have been going to Frankford for five years before it changed. The office manager Stacy and the three young ladies who assisted with x rays were very professional. The Doctor Danso in my opinion was very unprofessional. He needs significant training in customer relations. I could not understand him because of his accent and one of the assistants said they were trying to help him with his accent. I would not recommend him and will probably look for another dentist. I used to go to Frankford dental. This company took over when Frankford moved to another state. I needed a new dentist, so I thought I would give them a shot. Worst desicion ever. I felt violated and like I had been assaulted. She put numbing gel and the Dr started his needle injection to numb me. It hurt so bad. And I know he knew cuz he said sorry. But he kept going harder. I used to love this office and its staff were friendly and efficient. Since the office name change and Dr. Smith moving away my experience has been so so poor. Do not come here unless you want to wait around for over an hour for someone to show up to clean your teeth. Very poor experience. I will not be going back.

We were not seen by the dentist we scheduled with. They found 10+ cavities when there were none 6 months ago. They spent less than 5 minutes cleaning her teeth. I felt very uncomfortable the whole visit.

If I could have given a NEGATIVE star rating I would have. The dentist was almost incomprehensible due to his heavy accent. The rinse mechanism malfunctioned after my cleaning so I had to sip tap water, rinse, and allow the tech to insert the suction tube to remove the water. The X-ray equipment was malfunctioning, yet based on the pix, I was diagnosed with three cavities! Two of these were in IDENTICAL places on the identical L/R tooth. I left!!
