I have a pretty intense phobia of the dentist. I hadn't been in over 10 years because I was so scared, but this dental clinic really helped and made me feel safe. Mai and Dr. Lin are both very kind and patient. They didn't mind that I had to come in drugged for my first two appointments and Mai walked me through everything and answered all my questions. I love Dr. Liu and his entire staff. They are so attentive, kind, and make you feel as comfortable as possible. They tell you everything that is going to go on step by step. Always on time. I can’t say enough about them! All of my family goes there too. Just the best!
Dr. Liu and his staff are truly exceptional. After a recent hardship, Dr. Liu noticed I needed an NTI and immediately stepped in to help me schedule the appointment, offering genuine support. The entire office is professional and efficient. Siya was wonderful in helping me get the paperwork ready, and Josh did a fabulous job with the scan—he made the process very smooth. Highly recommend this office for their top-notch service and care.
My dad recently had a tooth extraction done at this dental office, and we had a very positive experience. Dr. Liu and staff were very professional, kind, and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They clearly explained the process beforehand and answered all of our questions. The extraction itself went smoothly, and Dr. Liu and Josh worked efficiently while still being gentle and attentive to my dad’s comfort. After the procedure, they provided clear instructions for aftercare.
