I had Strabismus Surgery a little over 2 years ago and I couldn't be happier! She is the best, kind gentle and caring, she literally changed my life!
My son needed glasses. He felt very welcomed and at ease. The murals on thr walls in the rooms are amazing. Dr. Schoedel was very knowledgeable and patient with my 5 year old. We had a great experience!
Since I never got a response from their office to my email I figured I’d post it here: I was at the Gettysburg office on 07/05/23 to be exact. I have been holding off on reaching out because I was unsure how to approach the situation. We have taken 3 of our kids to this office, mostly to see Dr. Schoedel. She has been good to work with and she does well with our kids. Aside from one of the other ladies being grumpy most of the time, the staff is friendly and we've had good experiences here. The parking lot is not fun to deal with but otherwise it's easy in easy out. There is plenty of sidewalk to take a walk if you have to wait outside during COVID.
Not the type to leave a review but this is hands down the absolute worst office I have ever been to in my life. Have been waiting 2 hours for my 4 year old to even be able to use the bathroom because they cut you off when you try to talk or ask questions. The doctor, nurse and receptionist are all stuck up and very snotty. I have no clue how this is a pediatric doctor's office because they're much too rude to be working with children.
