Staff was very sweet in office. Dr schoedel is not only sweet as well but makes you very comfortable & attentive to her pts. When I got my stabismus surgery I had calls from upmc and Dr schoedel herself to make sure all was alright. Recommend to anyone for eye concerns.
I was very happy with this service before but today I call make appointment and the lady answered me just ask me anybody speak English ! I don know why she said that ! She is racist ! I am talking English why she said that ! That is not nice ! Bad customer service
My son needed glasses. He felt very welcomed and at ease. The murals on thr walls in the rooms are amazing. Dr. Schoedel was very knowledgeable and patient with my 5 year old. We had a great experience!
great with kids but the doctor verbally abuses her staff. She’s yelled at them in front of an entire waiting room. I felt bad for them but they seem to be use to it
Since I never got a response from their office to my email I figured I’d post it here: I was at the Gettysburg office on 07/05/23 to be exact. I have been holding off on reaching out because I was unsure how to approach the situation.
