Extremely impressed by Capital Diagnostics customer service team. We needed a test for my son on day 5 after returning from a college visit to return to school….We tested Wednesday morning at our local test site only to find out that the samples weren't picked up until late in the afternoon after close of the clinic so didn't arrive to the lab until 8pm. I usually don’t post reviews, but wanted to share my experience with Capital Diagnostics because it’s very difficult to assess labs that do COVID-19 testing from a consumer standpoint. I am extremely impressed by the COVID-19 testing turnaround time and specimen collection staff at Capital Diagnostics. Last week, Capital Diagnostics did the testing for my son’s school (at school) and the turnaround time (results sent via email) was within 18 hours.
