My wife, co-workers and myself have been using this service for COVID testing for about a year now. They are very professional and consistent. We have always had results within 12 hours, more like 8 hours. I highly recommend them!
Extremely impressed by Capital Diagnostics customer service team. We needed a test for my son on day 5 after returning from a college visit to return to school….We tested Wednesday morning at our local test site only to find out that the samples weren't picked up until late in the afternoon after close of the clinic so didn't arrive to the lab until 8pm. I’ve never given a negative google review before so this is a first. I’m beyond shocked and disturbed by my experience with Capital Diagnostics. I’ll write a lengthy review once I’ve processed everything that has happened.
Not a good COVID-19 testing place for traveling or business trip either with insurance or non. (We paid $100 each.) They do not provide swab collected time as required by all airlines(48/72 hours before departure time) and the lady who took our names as we had appointments said it can be use for traveling. (Tester ladies are nice) The airline said our documents are missing and incorrect. Got tested over the weekend and got my results in a day. Staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommended!
