I’ve never given a negative google review before so this is a first. I’m beyond shocked and disturbed by my experience with Capital Diagnostics. I’ll write a lengthy review once I’ve processed everything that has happened.
A very responsive and professional team. My family has all been tested here without any issues. Super fast turnaround time. I appreciate all their hard work. A special thanks to Karen who is incredible at making my child feel at ease.
Extremely impressed by Capital Diagnostics customer service team. We needed a test for my son on day 5 after returning from a college visit to return to school….We tested Wednesday morning at our local test site only to find out that the samples weren't picked up until late in the afternoon after close of the clinic so didn't arrive to the lab until 8pm. Great place to get tested. My family and I had to get tested before traveling, we received our results within 24 hours. Friendly staff, special thanks to Jocelyn who scheduled our appointments and Gabriela who answered a few questions I had before getting tested. Thank you for your hard work.
Not a good COVID-19 testing place for traveling or business trip either with insurance or non. (We paid $100 each.) They do not provide swab collected time as required by all airlines(48/72 hours before departure time) and the lady who took our names as we had appointments said it can be use for traveling. (Tester ladies are nice) The airline said our documents are missing and incorrect.
