Going to the dentist has always been the thing I feared most. When I gathered the courage to come to Capehart Dentistry a few years ago when we moved to Papillion that all changed. I felt like I was heard on my fears and really taken care of. My hygienist, Jessica K, has been so gentle and slow with me. She puts me at so much ease throughout my treatment. I hadn't seen a dentist in over 5 years due to no dental insurance! Kelsey cleaned my teeth and did an outstanding job. She was gentle and let me know when she thought I might be more sensitive due to deep cleaning. I never had pain as she cleaned my teeth and truly thought it was going to be a little rough with the lapse in time since my last cleaning. I am thrilled to have clean teeth once again! If you have any trepidation about going to the dentist, this is the place to go. No judgement here, just excellent care and caring people. I've seen Doctors McCoy and Dworak, and I highly recommend either. They both put me at ease and made my visit painless. Their gentleness was greatly appreciated.
Scheduled appointments for my wife, son and myself more than a month ago at this location via phone. Showed up this morning and they had no record of my son and wife’s appointment. They only had mine for tomorrow, offered a dismal apology but no offer of another appointment or anything. I’m a new patient and my first visit was wonderful. The front desk staff made me feel like I was already a patient. So friendly and natural. Jessica was so welcoming and personal. My cleaning was great and she gave info, context, and recommendations throughout. Dr. Singer’s presence was so calm and assured. She assessed things with confidence and clarity. I’m beyond happy that I found Capehart!
