Have always had a great experience here! Had to come in to get a crown, and they were able to have one ready to put on in the same day with their machine that makes the tooth crown in office. Fast and friendly, would recommend.
Fantastic experience with having a crown installed. Everything was done same day so no waiting with a temporary crown. The process was fully explained which helped to calm my nerves. Previous dentist didn't take the time to explain any processes so this was a great change. Staff was amazing and highly recommend them.
my son went in for a deep cleaning and was supposed to get the gas to help him out because he gets anxious. they had given us a prescription prior for him to take to relax him that we filled with our medical insurance. when he got to the appointment they double booked the gas so he went without. got a bill that they charge $593 for this visit and our balance with two insurances is $200. when I called after 3 messages left regarding the bill I was told that the extra charge was for them to monitor my son for the pill he took ... read more
Absolutely the most phenomenal dentist office I have ever visited. The front desk ladies were so kind and greeted me. They gave me a first time gift and they showed me around their office. The hygienist was absolutely phenomenal and so kind and so compassionate and so caring, and she taught me so many new things and ways to help My teeth. This might be the worst dentist I have ever been to. They never pick up the phone. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for a week to cancel an appointment. I left messages and no one gets back to me. You have to wait months to get an appointment and if you ever need to change it, be ready to wait even longer. I switched to Serenity Dental and I only wish I did it sooner.
